A reasonable estimate is that we have ~15000+ people and ~1500+ dogs* living in the ~0.84 square miles* of the South Loop. But only something like ~66 acres* of that is accessible outdoor area (sidewalks and parks).

That’s 22 dogs/acre*.

That’s a lot of dog poop.

It never occurred to me before yesterday to even think about a dog’s poop. My only interest is strictly for the humor and I mean no harm to anyone. I love dogs and have 3 of my own and their poops are of the teacup variety–not impressive at all. I am sure as big as Chicago is that there are some pooches out there who can really poop up a storm and I look forward to seeing the pictures.
