poo battle in Naperville

Lady got pissed about stepping in teh pooh in front of her neighbor’s house…

A suburban Chicago woman is accused of tossing dog feces at her neighbor’s door after stepping into droppings left outside her apartment.

Police in Naperville say Susan M. Miller appears to have retaliated by heaving the feces at the door of her neighbor who owns a dog. Miller, 43, a tax accountant, was charged with disorderly conduct after Wednesday’s alleged protest.

She denied the charges Friday, but admitted she did get upset with the neighbor and hung bags used by residents to pick up their dogs’ waste on shrubbery near the woman’s door. (AP)

    Dog-dropping charges against woman dropped

A Naperville woman accused of throwing dog poop at a neighbor’s home dodged a different kind of bullet Monday when a judge dismissed a disorderly conduct charge filed against her.

Susan Miller allegedly hurled the dog droppings at a neighboring home on Sept. 15 because she was upset about stepping in the smelly stuff outside her own house.

Miller pitched the poop because she believed the neighbor’s dog had done its duty near her house, police said.

She also was accused of taking a warning sign asking residents to pick up after their pets and leaving it on the neighbor’s patio. The charge was dismissed after the neighbor failed for the second time to appear in court.
